How it Works

1. You order the number of boxes you want for the season.
2. We grow, pick, and box up your delicious veggies.
3. You pick up your box each week and make tasty meals. We include recipes for how we like to use each vegetable in your box.

We guarantee no weird vegetables you've never heard of (unless you specifically ask for them)!

During the season, you can expect a mix, including but not limited to:

• Tomatoes
• Summer Squash
• Beets
• Turnips
• Kale
• Spinach
• Salad Greens
• Swiss Chard

Pickup Location

Our home (and half the farm), near the Idaho Falls Aquatic Center. The address will be e-mailed to you prior to the first pickup.

Frequent Questions

1. How are your veggie boxes different?
   Most farms' weekly boxes are sized for mid- or large-sized families, which can often make for an overwhelming amount of vegetables. We size ours for 2 people to enjoy about 3 meals per week, assuming you eat a lot of veggies. If you tend to eat smaller portions, you'll get more meals out of it. In any case, you shouldn't feel overwhelmed.
2. How does this compare to just buying produce from you at your farmers' market stall?
   First, you're getting a discount for pre-ordering. Second, you're guaranteed that we won't be out of stock of the items for the week, because boxes are filled before going to market. Third, you don't have to decide what to buy for the week or what to do with it - we've hand selected your vegetables and provided recipes.
3. What if I can't pick up my box for a particular week?
   You may either send someone else to pick it up for you (just let us know their name in advance) or we will donate the box to a family who can use it.
4. Are there any other pickup options?
   At this time, no. We pick the vegetables on pickup day to guarantee maximum freshness, so we need to make sure you get them as fresh as possible.
5. Is this community supported agriculture (CSA)?
   Yes. Your investment before the start of the season provides us with the resources to grow your produce for the season and provides stability for both you and us. In CSA terminology, each of our boxes is a share.
6. Are refunds possible?
   Due to the nature of farming, we need to start the growing process very early in the season, and we are growing to meet your order, so there are no refunds for veggie boxes. However, we want you to be fully satisfied, so we'll work with you if there are any issues.
