One bunch of approximately 6 turnips. These are great for eating raw, unlike any turnip you've had before. Sweet, juicy, and tender. Slice them up and add them to a salad, or dice and make a salad with cucumbers and tomatoes with a bit of olive oil and vinegar.

Pre-order for pickup at a farmers' market and make sure it's fresh and not sold out. We'll keep your vegetables on ice in a cooler to make sure they are fresh, no matter how hot the day gets.

Order Deadlines

So that we can get your veggies picked, packed, and chilled prior to market, the following order deadlines apply:

• Idaho Falls Farmers' Market (Saturday, Memorial Drive): Thursday night
• Nights in Ammon Market (Wednesday, McCowan Park): Tuesday night

Orders placed after these deadlines will be available the next week at the selected market.
